Middlebury’s “internets” are a complex web that got amazingly simpler with the addition of Google search a few years back. But even simpler is a long-time ongoing project: The GO project.
For instance, if you’re on campus, typing “go/middblog” in to your browser gets your right to MiddBlog’s homepage. “go/webmail” gets you to webmail. “go/mcab” gets you to the MCAB site.
Off-campus? Just type “http://go.middlebury.edu/middblog” and that should do the job. So, yes, use go in advertising and in all-campus emails and everywhere you can because it makes things a heckuva lot easier. And so ends our public service announcement.
Go idea? Email: go [at] middlebury.edu.
