TuneUp for Your iTunes

If you’re like me, you probably have about a couple hundred songs on your iTunes from gosh-knows-where. Half are from the Napster days and half are Limewire tunes that you’d rather not let the RIAA know about. But the real problem: getting your music organized, labeled, and artwork-embedded.

TuneUp is a cool service that does it for you. You drag and drop your iTunes files into this puppy and it tells you what the songs are, relabels them properly for you, and serves up the album artwork to boot. And with 500 free songs and 50 free album covers, this is really doing your music a service while you write that 15 page paper due Monday.

Yep, TuneUp your iTunes pronto so you can finally find that cool song currently labeled only by “Track 02.”

P.S. Or take Mistress Maeve’s advice for PandoraJam.

EDIT 12/12: Just found out about the new Music Library blog called “On That Note.” They have an awesome link to free holiday mp3s courtesy of Amazon.  Go check it out.
