Jonathan Safran Foer is Commencement Speaker for May 2013 Graduation

Guess there was a reason why we all had to read Everything is Illumniated before Freshman Orientation after all!  

Commencement will be held May 26th, at 10:00 a.m.  Past speakers have included Bill Strickland, Nick Krostof and Sheryl WuDunn, and Bill Clinton.  This is pretty awesome, even though my nomination of Bill Nye (the Science Guy) was passed over.  Ah well.  Hat tip to the Campus for the scoop, check over there for more information on honorary degree recipients, which include Edward Burtynsky, Megan Camp, Jacqueline Novogratz, and Stuart Schwartz.
