Welcome Middlebury 2013!

Please give a warm welcome to the Class of 2013 and 2013.5!

This Friday, acceptance letters went out to the near 50% of the non-ED accepted. Students have the option of coming up to Midd for two sets of preview days April 13-14th or April 19-20th. So, if you see some accepted prospies wandering around campus, give ‘em a pat on the back, a congrats, and a welcome to our community.

MiddBlog wishes you good luck on your decisions. Of course, we want you to come to Midd but we know there are plenty of other fantastic schools out there. Already know you’re coming? AskHiba is a good starting place for some of those burning questions. Of course, you’re always welcome to leave comments here or email MiddBlog at: tips at midd-blog dot com.

Finally, the Class of 2013 Midd Facebook Group!

MiddBlog Welcomes Class of 2013!

MiddBlog welcomes the Class of 2013! Of the 660 applicants in the Early Decision I pool, 228 were admitted for September and 35 were admitted for Feb (2013.5). Check out the welcome website, which gives a few more stats on the new middkids. Or just head on over to the newly created (and not fake, I hope) Facebook group for the Class of 2013.

Some fantastic current Middkids are taking care of the newbies answering questions. In particular Luis Ariel Rivera ’12 and Sofia Zinger ’11 are leading the charge of informing a whole new group of middkids! And when in doubt, you can always just Ask Hiba.

Congrats and welcome to Middlebury!
